CEO Office
For VC-minded builders: join Algocor’s CEO Office and help shape strategy, investor readiness, and growth opportunities in financial sciences.
About the Role
CapsuleHR is partnering with Algocor to find a CEO Office — Strategy, Operations & Finance who will work closely with the Founder / CEO on strategic growth priorities, investor-facing work, business analysis, and high-impact execution.
Algocor is a financial sciences company using advanced technology, rigorous R&D, and disciplined execution to solve complex problems in global markets. The team brings together scientists, technologists, and domain practitioners to build high-performance systems for capital markets and algorithmic trading.
This role is designed for someone who understands how ambitious technology companies become legible, credible, and attractive to the right external stakeholders.
We are especially interested in candidates who have worked in or close to the venture capital ecosystem and have seen how different startups are evaluated, challenged, funded, scaled, or overlooked.
The right person will help the Founder / CEO turn Algocor’s technical depth, market opportunity, and strategic potential into a clear business narrative, sharper operating priorities, and stronger investor-facing readiness.
This is not a traditional assistant role.
It is a role for someone who can combine strategic thinking, financial analysis, founder empathy, and execution discipline — while helping the CEO Office move faster and communicate more clearly with the outside world.
What You’ll Work On
You will work closely with the Founder / CEO on strategic growth initiatives, investor-facing preparation, financial analysis, business development, and internal execution priorities.
Your work will include:
Supporting the CEO’s day-to-day priorities, communication flow, time management, and follow-up on critical initiatives
Conducting market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making
Evaluating strategic opportunities such as market expansion, partnerships, new business lines, or investor-relevant growth areas
Preparing financial analysis, business cases, and decision materials for the CEO Office
Supporting board and investor communication, including presentations, updates, meeting materials, and investor documents
Helping shape the company’s business narrative, strategic positioning, and investment-facing materials
Mapping relevant investors, funds, strategic partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
Supporting outreach preparation and helping open the right conversations when relevant
Coordinating internal inputs so that external communication is supported by clear data, strong logic, and operational reality
Following up on key actions and making sure important decisions, commitments, and next steps do not get lost between meetings
Providing operational and administrative support when needed
The role sits between strategy, finance, business development, and execution. Some days will be analytical. Some days will be highly operational. Some days will require you to connect the two.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with venture ecosystem exposure, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to work closely with a founder’s strategic agenda.
You are likely to be a strong fit if you have:
VC, investment, or venture-backed startup exposure
You have worked in or close to venture capital, investment analysis, portfolio support, startup strategy, a founder’s office, or a VC-backed company. You understand how investors think, what they question, and what makes a company easier or harder to evaluate.
Investor-facing judgment
You can help turn a company’s technical depth and growth potential into a clear story, supported by data, financial logic, market context, and credible materials.
1–3 years of experience in a high-performance environment
This may include VC, investment banking, management consulting, strategy, business operations, the founder’s office, or a fast-growing startup.
Strong analytical and financial thinking
You are comfortable with research, benchmarking, market analysis, financial modeling, and turning scattered information into clear recommendations.
Network and ecosystem orientation
You are comfortable mapping relevant people, funds, companies, and opportunities. You understand that opening the right conversation requires preparation, timing, and a clear reason to engage.
Execution discipline
You can manage multiple priorities, follow up without being reminded, and keep work moving in a fast, structured, and reliable way.
Founder empathy
You understand that a founder’s time, attention, and decision energy are limited resources. You can reduce noise, clarify priorities, and help convert open-ended topics into next steps.
Clear communication
You can write concise updates, prepare structured presentations, summarize complex topics, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
Genuine curiosity about finance and markets
You do not need to be an algorithmic trading expert, but you should be genuinely interested in finance, capital markets, trading systems, and technology-driven businesses.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a traditional executive assistant role.
It includes coordination, follow-up, and operational support, but it is not limited to calendar or administrative work.
It is also not a pure strategy role where you only research, analyze, and prepare slides.
And it is not a role where external conversations can happen without substance behind them.
This role sits between strategic thinking and execution. You will help the Founder / CEO prepare the company for important decisions, important conversations, and important opportunities.
If you enjoy working close to founders, understanding how investors think, shaping business narratives, and turning ambiguity into structured action, this role may be a strong fit.
What You’ll Get
A rare opportunity to work directly with the Founder / CEO of a high-performance financial sciences company.
Exposure to strategy, operations, finance, business development, investor communication, and capital markets.
The chance to apply venture/startup pattern recognition inside a company that is actively building.
A role where your work can directly influence how the company is understood by external stakeholders.
A steep learning curve in a technical, ambitious, and intellectually demanding environment.
Competitive salary package with bonus.
Fully paid medical insurance.
On-site gym, wellness activities, and casual dress.
